Staff was very friendly; service was good, hotel was furnished with taste.

The room is impeccably clean, impressive comes with 2 single beds, tea, as for instance. The breakfast is great with defrost bread and the location is unbeatable.

Well situated for regional visits. Excellent staff. Agreeable contemporary design and nicely appointed rooms.

Does not have an exercise room.

Loved the hotel, it is fully equipped and spotlessly clean, has magnificent and fantastic location in the 'gourmet' restaurant. The breakfast was sensational with a great selection of delicious options. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the lounge bar. The staff was very attentive and attentive and my stay was very nice, will come back.

Very confortable, downtown in 20 min bus line 15 stop in front of hotel, excellent breakfast, large pool, complementary nescafe, ... Concierge very helpful and resourceful. If you can afford it, have dinner at "The Regent" restaurant, place Gambetta, just in front of bus 15 stop. Complementary wireless.

Car parking delimitations at the hotel are currently being re- engineered. Watch your car not being surrounded by others. Some drivers might not be careful enough and I had mine blocked, fortunately not for long. Pool close at 10pm .. although most of the case in hotels.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel seems new and well maintianed. The room service was punctual and wonderfully displayed. The buffet breakfast was excellent good variety, and a great view over the lake

Our stay was really very enjoyable - staff were very helpful.

Resturant did not cater for children and waiting staff were unable to explain any of the dishes to us.

Great friendly staff, beautifull food and wine, easy 2min drive to city centre, or bus right outside, Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much;we plan our last day in Bordeaux at the Pullman for easy access to the airport the next day. the hotel is very nice, modern, clean, good restaurant.Not so practical for visiting Bordeaux .Would definitly stay again.

The hotel was great. Huge, with very comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. The views to the lake are wonderful.

The lake view from my room was fine. The staff's wine recommendation with dinner was spot on.

The city center is quite far, which might not suit everyone.

Our rooms were not ready for us on arrival as the hotel had been very busy. During our stay our rooms were not cleaned until well into the afternoon.

The beds were very comfortable, the room decoration really nice, and the Lobbys modern design were very much to my liking1

Pool area could use better upkeep!!! The location lacks variety in nearby dining options!!! Overall security needs improvement regarding room access!!!
